Our purpose built Preparation Room has been designed and built to provide the most efficient and hygienic way for us to prepare or produce. All our food is prepared on the day to ensure we provide the very best Fish & Chips to our customers.
The Preparation Room allows us to prepare our food in the cleanest and most hygienic environment possible and also ensure that we can produce Fish & Chips to the highest standard, knowing that it is fresh from the Prep Room straight to the fryer that very same day.
