Dear Alister, Dawn and the team. Well what a night Saturday was, everybody had the time of their life, (especially me) it was silly, crazy and fun from 7.00pm till 12.30. Most said it was the best party they had ever experienced. Everybody has said how delicious the fish and chips (sausage and vegan burgers) were and what a great idea it was to have a fish and chip wagon at the party. My Swedish cousins visiting all the way from Gotland, an island in the Baltic sea where fish food is a culinary focus were amazed by the freshness of the haddock. Working late stumbled across the mobile van whilst walking my dog.....it smelt so good we had to try it and I am so pleased we did. BEST FISH & CHIPS ever!! We decided to make it our chippy night and the following week went back for more. Beautiful fish, lovely batter - excellent chips and we tried the curry and mushy peas....outstanding!! We have booked the Frying Stocksman on a number of occasions for our corporate lunches at our offices in Wakefield West Yorkshire. Each time they have arrived on time and have served the food to our staff on time and the quality is second to none. Our gluten free members of staff are also looked after with Allister’s special gluten free batter! Alister and Dawn pride themselves on giving excellent service and they excel each time we book them. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to other companies and will most certainly be using them again on a regular basis.
